Today the Gruniad has an article about Improbable Theatre‘s Lifegame.
As improv shows go this has all the trappings of respectibility: real reviews, big names and a run at the National. It’s the sort of thing that us lesser monkeys can only aspire to, but then we peddle cheap taudry trinkets compared to the serious explorations and intent of groups like Improbable. At any rate, it’s nice to see improv being allowed into real theatres, for whatever reason.
Tonight Huddersfield Town The Musical gets its world premiere: I was arm-twisted into running some video for it, so the last few days have been a scramble to fit HTTM around the group project that I should be spending time on. It’ll be fine.
Well, I’ve had my fifteen minutes of fame: over a thousand people followed the link through to my moblog to see the sock puppets mentioned previously – I won’t know how many saw the ‘blog entry until the stats are generated in a few days time.
