AOHL: First Night

It all came together when it needed to. Tonight’s performance was pretty damn near perfect, all the better because we had the markers in (including external examiner Chris Dyer who gave one of the talks at 2D>3D and which reminds me that I still haven’t put up any more notes from then…).

It was great, and we even wrapped up quickly enough to get back for the new series of Black Books, which doesn’t seem to have lost any of its sparkle.

There are a couple of things I need to work on tomorrow, but I’ll get a lie-in for the first time in a while and I intend to enjoy it.

G’night.

Oh, this too: I thought we were only the first show in Bretton to use the Emphasis 3D system with WYSIWYG that we’ve got, but it turns out we’re also the first educational institution in the country to have one – adding considerably to the spangle-factor as far as I’m concerned. Yay us.
